22א. הכנסת עתיקה מהאזור
תיקון: תשס״ג
(א)לא יכניס אדם לישראל עתיקה מהאזור אלא אם כן קיבל לכך אישור מאת המנהל ובהתאם לתנאי האישור; אישור יכול שיהיה אישי או כללי ובלבד שאישור כללי יפורסם ברשומות.
(ב)בסעיף זה, ”אזור“ – כל אחד מאלה: יהודה והשומרון וחבל עזה.
