לא ימכור אדם פריטים ארכיטקטוניים אלא באישור המנהל; ייתן את החלטתו בענין זה בתוך 30 ימים מיום שהומצאה לו הבקשה למכירה; השר יקבע את פרטי הבקשה ואת דרכי הגשתה.
