28. אתר עתיקות
(א)המנהל רשאי להכריז כי מקום פלוני הוא אתר עתיקות; ההכרזה תפורסם ברשומות.
(ב)הכריז המנהל כאמור, תירשם על כך הערה בפנקסי המקרקעין ותימסר הודעה על כך לבעל המקום ולמחזיק בו, אם זהותם או מענם ידועים, ולוועדה המחוזית לתכנון ולבניה.
