43. תחולת החוק בשטח צבאי
(א)בשטח צבאי יחולו הוראות אלה:
(1)לא ייכנס אליו אדם לצרכי חוק זה אלא באישור מראש של מי ששר הבטחון הסמיכו לכך;
(2)לא תיעשה בו פעולה מטעם המנהל אלא בהסכמת שר הבטחון;
(3)לא יטופל בעתיקה מטעם גוף צבאי אלא באישור המנהל.
(ב)”שטח צבאי“, לענין סעיף זה – מקרקעין שבידי צבא־הגנה לישראל או בידי שלוחה אחרת של מערכת הבטחון, שאישר אותה שר הבטחון, לרבות שטח המשמש לאימונים צבאיים.
