10. ספר טיפולים
(1)בכל בית־צמיחה של הדרגות השונות ינהל השתלן ספר שבו ירשום באופן מדוייק ומעודכן את הטיפולים שבוצעו בבית הצמיחה, מיד עם ביצועם; ספר זה יהיה בבית הצמיחה ויהיה פתוח לעיונו של המפקח.
(2)את ספר הטיפולים יש לשמור שנה אחת לפחות מגמר הגידול בבית הצמיחה.
