17. סימון
כל צמח בבית גרעין יסומן עם תחילת גידולו בתווית סימון; על התווית יירשמו באופן בולט לעין וקריא שיישמר במשך כל תקופת הגידול, פרטים אלו:
(1)שם הזן (או קוד);
(2)הקלון או סימון זיהוי;
(3)מקור הקלון;
(4)תאריך הכנסת הצמח לבית גרעין.
