10. פטור יבוא לצרכי נסיון
המנהל רשאי לפטור מהוראות תקנות אלה, יבוא של כמויות מתאימות לזריעה לצרכי נסיון של שטחים כדלקמן:
20 דונם – בזני ירקות לשיווק טרי;
30 דונם – בזני ירקות לתעשיה;
100 דונם – בגידולי שדה ומספוא;
300 דונם – בכותנה.
