7. מכירת זרעים של גידולי שדה וירקות למטה מרמת התקן
תיקון: תש״ל, תשפ״א
(א)על אף האמור בתקנות 5 ו־6 תהיה הרשות לזרעים, שמונתה לפי הוראות תקנה 3 לתקנות הזרעים (גידול זרעים משובחים ומכירתם), תש״ך–1960, רשאית לאשר מכירת זרעים של גידולי שדה ושל ירקות כשאחוז נביטתם הוא למטה מרמת התקן שנקבע להם בהתאם להוראות תקנות 2 ו־3, בתנאים מיוחדים שתקבע הרשות בקשר לסימונם ומכירתם.
(ב)לא תאשר הרשות מכירת זרעים לפי הוראות תקנת משנה (א) אלא אם ניטלה מהם דוגמה רשמית.
