Rimon Winery makes wine from pomegranates, dry and sweet, and grape wines under its second label, The North Lake, along with pomegranate juice and Botanifique, a line of natural cosmetics based on pomegranate oil. At its visitors' centre in the Dalton industrial park a premium tasting of five wines comes with a talk on the winery's history, how its wine is made and the health properties of the pomegranate, and couples can taste five wines with a cheese plate. Groups of 8 to 50 can book a professional wine workshop of about an hour and a half with the winery's wine guide, comparing pomegranate and grape wines, and groups of at least 30 a knafeh workshop, in which each guest makes a knafeh in a pan and cooks it over a taboon.
