A kosher dairy Italian restaurant at the entrance to Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem's hi-tech park, with focaccia and pizza baked to order.

Ricotta is a kosher mehadrin dairy restaurant in one of the buildings at the entrance to Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem's hi-tech area, which its site says is a quiet spot away from the noise of the city, with a view of the hills. Focaccia and pizzas are baked the moment they are ordered, beside pasta, gnocchi and ravioli, salads, fresh fish and desserts. The room has wooden furniture in warm colours, and a bar where you can drink the morning coffee or end the day with a drink. It also serves breakfast, caters dairy events and takes table bookings.
