A restaurant on Keren HaYesod Street, open since 2014, with a wide terrace facing the windmill of Mishkenot Sha'ananim and food made for sharing.

Satya opened in 2014 with what its site calls a happy Jerusalem kitchen, one that respects tradition and is not afraid of something new. The cooking rests on good ingredients and on the season, with a menu written fresh each day beside a long fixed one: fish, seafood and meat, and a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes. The food is meant to sit in the middle of the table and pass from hand to hand. Its wide terrace looks over Keren HaYesod Street and the windmill of Mishkenot Sha'ananim, and inside there is a wide, roomy bar and quieter corners for a small table. It opens in the evening from Sunday to Friday, serves lunch on Saturday, and hosts events of up to 120 diners with a menu fitted to each.
