The kosher dairy Netanya branch of the Raffaello Italian chain, with pasta made by hand in a see-through pasta room and pizza from the taboon

Raffaello is a chain of Italian restaurants that began in 1993 in the Kiryon mall in Kiryat Bialik and now has six branches, from Haifa and the Krayot to Ein Shemer and Nof HaGalil. This one, in Yahalom Towers 1 on HaOrzim Street, in a new complex beside Netanya's northern industrial zone and near the railway station, opened in late 2025 and is one of the chain's two kosher branches, with Kiryat Bialik. It is dairy, under the Netanya rabbinate. It is run by three franchisees, the sisters Natali and Liraz Ohayon and their friend Galit Avitzror, who also run branches in the north and told ynet that they came because Netanya lacked high-end kosher Italian food. The chain was founded by Sahar Bronstein and Lior Mishali, and its chef, David Kedem, wrote the menu, which he calls Italian fusion rather than the food of one region: pizzas from the taboon, pastas made by hand, salads and fish, with dishes such as beet gnocchi under caramelised bûche cheese and a carbonara of lightly smoked sea fish. As in every branch, the pastas and doughs are made each day in a see-through pasta room at the entrance, and the chain says its desserts and gelato are made on the premises too. Breakfast, served as small plates, runs from 9:00 to 12:00 from Sunday to Friday, and set lunches are served from Sunday to Thursday. Guests sit in the dining room, at the bar, on the balcony or in a private room for small events. In the evening, the franchisees told ynet, the lights go down, the music goes up and many young people come, and they also hold wine evenings. In January 2026 ynet put it among five new places that have made Netanya a restaurant town, and in March 2026 The Jerusalem Post's reviewer, a guest of the restaurant, praised its lunch and its service.

Sources disagree on these hours

Its website gives Sunday to Thursday 9:00 to 23:00, Friday from 9:00 until about an hour before Shabbat begins, and Saturday night from about an hour after Shabbat ends, with no closing time for Friday or for Saturday night; The Jerusalem Post printed the same hours in March 2026. Breakfast is served from Sunday to Friday, 9:00 to 12:00. Its Tabit page gives 11:00 to 23:30, and its schedule there, last changed on 30 September 2026, has Friday from 9:00 to 14:30 and Saturday from 20:00 to 23:30. Wolt takes orders from it from 11:00 to 23:00 from Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 14:00 on Friday and 11:00 to 22:00 on Saturday: those are ordering hours. Its d.co.il listing gives Sunday to Thursday 7:30 to 19:30 and Friday 9:00 to 13:00.
