The town's tourism site counts the Jerusalem restaurant among Ramla's best-known Bukharan restaurants, places for a long evening with friends or family. The room is made up like little Bukhara: chairs upholstered in burgundy velvet and tied with white ribbon, embroidered dresses on the walls, niches holding large copper jugs, and a painting of the Old City walls of Jerusalem across a whole wall. Lepyoshka, the Bukharan bread, comes from the bakery next door. The menu has gozh-gozh, samsa, osh plov and shurpa, and under its exclusive dishes Jerusalem patties, stuffed dumplings, bakhsh, rice with chopped meat and plenty of coriander, and lagman, chicken soup with homemade egg noodles. ynet's 2017 guide listed plov at 35 to 55 shekels, lagman at 29, and samsa of meat and lamb fat at the counter by the door.
