Falafel Sof HaDerech is run by four brothers, by the account of the town's tourism site, whose trademarks are a spotless shop and a pita that each diner fills as he likes from cabbage, pickles, carrot and salad, all made on the premises. ynet's 2017 guide put it at Ramla's main junction and explained the system: you tell the counter whether you want a whole or a half portion, are handed a pita spread with hummus, and then help yourself at the counter opposite to salads, pickles, falafel balls and sauces, with free refills. A whole portion cost 16 shekels then and a half 10.
