Bucke 57 is the wine bar of the Saba Bucke family, which began in March 2014 with the café at 40 Yehuda HaMaccabi Street and now counts four cafés in Tel Aviv, among them Hamaniya and Daisy. Its site calls it the family's first wine bar, a place it waited a long time for: a pleasant, neighbourhood, community wine bar that feels like home in the evening, with, in its words, excellent food and a perfect team. The family is named after the founder's grandfather, Bucke, and the site says the cafés and the bar try to carry the values he left. It opens at 18:00 from Sunday to Thursday and on Saturday, until midnight.
