Its website says Yaffa Knafeh was founded in 2018 by two friends and was the first place to offer knafeh with ice cream, in a contemporary Turkish concept, in the Jaffa flea market. It says a second branch opened in April 2020 a few metres from the Clock Tower. Besides knafeh, the branches serve Turkish baklava, tres leches and malabi, and hot drinks: Turkish tea, mint tea, Arabic coffee with cardamom and sahlab. The site also lists events and a menu page.
