Chef Moti Titman's restaurant in a Bauhaus house on Rothschild Boulevard, across from Habima, with seats at a bar facing the open kitchen and a menu of fish, seafood and meat

Milgo & Milbar is chef Moti Titman's restaurant on the corner of Rothschild Boulevard and Marmorek Street, across from Habima Theatre, in what its website describes as a former upscale house built in the Bauhaus style. Its English page calls it Titman's first restaurant, and its website says he cooked in kitchens around Israel and abroad, in Berlin and Strasbourg, New York and London, formed his approach under chef Rafi Cohen at Raphael, and after more than a decade at the stove studied baking at the FCI before coming home to cook his own food. Ben Ring, one of its owners, chose the music, mostly soft jazz, and its booking page says the jazz and soul come from his own collection; the wine list is the work of Nave Solomon, who by the website's account grew up in the restaurant from waiter to sommelier and manager of the whole place. The menu changes two or three times a year with the seasons. The dinner menu on its website runs from oysters, croquettes and beef tartare to sea fish sashimi, an octopus and bacon skewer, pork belly, egg-yolk spaghetti with wild sea bass, seafood ziti in crab bisque and beef fillet au poivre, with aperitivo drinks, cocktails and wine by the glass. Time Out suggests an evening on a seat at the bar facing the open kitchen and calls the atmosphere light, cool and unthreatening, and Walla's Yaniv Granot pointed to the far corner of the bar and the edge of the terrace overlooking the boulevard. It opens every evening at 18:00, and its booking page marks the first hour as happy hour on every day but Thursday and Friday. MENA's 50 Best Restaurants ranked it 40th in 2022 and 2023 and 34th in 2024. In November 2025 Granot put it sixth on his monthly list of the ten restaurants most worth going to, crediting it with 13 years of excellence and writing that Titman and Ring's corner had long stopped being a cursed one, and in June 2026 Time Out included it among Tel Aviv's 26 best fine-dining restaurants. Eater's 2018 guide named Or Michaeli as Titman's fellow chef at the time. Titman's food is also served at Jonz, a jazz bar at 13 Zevulun Street, whose pizza Time Out listed in March 2026 as "Jonz X Milgo & Milbar".

Sources disagree on these hours

Its website says it is open every evening of the week and gives no times; its Google listing, as Wanderlog copies it, has it open from 18:00 to midnight every day. Its booking page on Ontopo, which its website links, also opens at 18:00 every day and gives 23:30 "and until the last guest", and on Friday midnight "and until late"; it marks 18:00 to 19:00 as happy hour on every day but Thursday and Friday. In April 2025 mako reported that it had started serving a lunch menu again, from noon; its own pages now give evenings only.
