Manuella is an Italian restaurant on Zichron Yaakov's pedestrian street, in a building from 1883 that is under preservation. By its own account its pasta is made on the premises every day, and its pizzas, of flour brought from Italy, are baked in the big Italian taboon in the middle of the restaurant; the menu also leans on fish and seafood, with seasonal specials that change every week. It took its present form in June 2019, when chef Nadav Sherez of the original Manuella, opened in 2011 further along the street at number 49, joined Ella Yaritz and Gilad Aloni, the owners of Cucina: they kept the name Manuella and, after months of renovation, opened the new restaurant in Cucina's stone building at number 41. mako named Gilad Aloni as its owner in November 2023. Guests sit inside, at the long bar around the taboon, or outside on the raised balcony that looks over the pedestrian street, and it hosts events of 15 to 35 guests, depending on the season. It opens six days a week, including Friday evening and Saturday, and closes on Mondays. In 2023 mako called it one of the best Italian restaurants in the country and put it on its gold list, and in November 2024 ynet included it in its list of the best Italian restaurants in Israel.

Sources disagree on these hours
Its booking page on Tabit, whose weekly schedule was last changed on 1 September 2026, and its Google listing, as Tabit's copy of it shows it, give the same hours. It answers the phone from 12:00 to 21:00 on Friday and Saturday. Older listings differ: Dapei Zahav gives 12:00 to 22:00 from Sunday to Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday, and Ontopo 08:00 to 23:00 every day.
