Nili is a kosher dairy restaurant and wine house on HaMeyasdim, the pedestrian street of Zichron Yaakov's old colony, about 80 metres from Beit Aaronsohn, the NILI museum; its English menus tell the story of Sarah Aaronsohn and NILI, the First World War spy ring from Zichron Yaakov. It has been there since the late 2000s: in June 2009 2eat's reviewer wrote that its owner at the time, a wine lover named Ariel, had opened it to show that wine need not cost as much as the meal, and priced a glass like a soft drink. It has changed owners since, and in June 2024 Rest named its chef as Shai Adut. By its own menu the produce comes from the markets every day; breakfasts are served until midday, then salads, pastas, pizzas from an Italian taboon, fish and a full sushi menu, beside a wine list drawn mostly from Israeli wineries (Dalton, Castel, Yatir, Lueria, Carmel), and a Facebook check-in or a photo tagged #niliwine earns a glass of wine on the house. A small porch faces the pedestrian street, and inside is a warm room of wood and stone (Srugim, 2018). When The Jerusalem Post's reviewer came on a Sunday in 2022, every table on the porch was taken at half past one, and she wrote that the place feels like an old Zichron house. It is kosher mehadrin under the Zichron Yaakov rabbinate and closes for Shabbat, serving only its breakfast menu on Friday until 14:00; its b144 listing also offers a room for events of 20 to 60 guests. Tripadvisor ranks it first among the town's restaurants.

These are the hours on its own site, and its Google listing gives the same times from Sunday to Friday. On Friday only the breakfast menu is served. For Saturday the site says it opens an hour after Shabbat ends and stays open until 23:00, but only while Israel is on winter time, from late October to late March, while its Google listing has it closed on Saturday; so Saturday is shown as not confirmed.
