The story of Elran Morash's life

Morash joined the IDF and began in the pilots' course. After leaving the course, he volunteered for the Paratroopers and served in their reconnaissance company. He completed infantry squad commander and infantry officer courses.

He commanded a team in the Paratroopers' anti-tank company, a training company, and an operational company in Battalion 202, later serving as its deputy commander. In 2010 he became a lieutenant colonel and commanded the Shimshon Battalion until 2012. He then headed the urban warfare branch and served as operations officer of the Fire Formation.

In 2015 he became a colonel and commanded the Hiram Formation until 2017, then served as operations officer of the Northern Command until 2019. After studies abroad, he commanded the Bislamach Brigade from 2020 to 2022. In 2022 he was promoted to brigadier general. He is a graduate of the Technion's computer science faculty.
