Pnina Rosenblum was born in 1954 in Petah Tikva

Rosenblum was born in Petah Tikva to immigrant parents, a father from Germany and a mother from Iraq. Her father left the family when she was very young, and she grew up in modest conditions near the market in Petah Tikva.

She first appeared on screen in the 1971 film Malkat HaKvish, which started her modeling career. She worked as a model in Israel and in the United States, where she was known as Pnina Golan, and acted in films such as Am Yisrael Hai, Lo LeShidur and Kasach. She also wrote columns for magazines.

In 1983 she took part in Israel's Eurovision selection with the song Tamid Isha, which finished last but became popular in Israel. In 1989 the cosmetics company Pnina Rosenblum Ltd. was founded in her name, and she manages it.

In 1999 she ran for the Knesset with her own list, which did not pass the electoral threshold. She later joined Likud and entered the Knesset in December 2005, after Likud members left for Kadima. She served until 2006 and later left political life.
