Yitzhak Kroizer

Yitzhak Kroizer was born in 1985 in Mitzpe Yeriho

Kroizer was born in 1985 and grew up in Mitzpe Yeriho. His father, Yehuda Kroizer, is the local rabbi and heads Yeshivat HaRaayon HaYehudi, an organization founded by Meir Kahane. In 2007, two of his brothers were killed in a car accident, and he later founded an organization in their memory.

He served as a combat soldier in the Nahal reconnaissance unit and fought in the Second Lebanon War. He studied building planning at the Technion's civil engineering faculty. He worked in farming and later ran a construction company in the Golan Heights.

He ran on the Otzma Yehudit list in 2019 and 2020, but the party did not enter the Knesset. In 2022 he was 15th on the joint Religious Zionist list, which won 14 seats. He entered the Knesset on 1 January 2023 under the Norwegian Law, after Amihai Eliyahu resigned.

In the Knesset he sponsored laws on police searches and on protection racket offenses, and in July 2023 he was chosen for the Judicial Selection Committee. In August 2025 he became head of the Internal Affairs and Environment Committee. His statements on Gaza and the West Bank drew criticism, and in 2026 the Attorney General approved a police investigation of him on suspicion of assaulting a police officer, which he denied.

Kroizer is married to Adi and has 3 children. He lives in Natur in the Golan Heights.
