בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיפים 38(ב) ו־104 לחוק זכות מטפחים של זני צמחים, התשל״ג–1973, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. הארכת תקופת זכות
תיקון: תשנ״ה, תשנ״ה־2
תקופת זכות מטפחים לצמח מסוג מלון ומסוג כותנה היא 20 שנה מיום שנרשמה, ולוורד מזן מרצדס – 25 שנה.
