בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 4 לחוק הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים, התשי״ח–1958, ובידיעת ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, אני מכריז לאמור:
1. הגדרות
באכרזה זו –
”מוצר תעבורה“ – מכלל, מכשיר, חלק חילוף, וכל אבזר המשמש או המורכב ברכב, ולרבות כל מוצר שהוא חלק מציוד רכב על פי דין;
”מוצר תעבורה משומש“ – מוצר תעבורה שפורק מרכב מנועי כהגדרתו בפקודת התעבורה שלא לשם הרכבתו מחדש באותו רכב.
2. אכרזה על מצרך בר־פיקוח
מוצר תעבורה משומש מוכרז בזה מצרך בר־פיקוח.
