6. פטור מהוראות מסויימות של הפקודה
מכונית מירוץ שניתן לה אישור להשתתף במירוץ תהיה פטורה מהוראות הפקודה והתקנות לפיה כלהלן:
(1)הוראות בדבר רישום ורישוי;
(2)בזמן המירוץ – חלק ב׳ לתקנות התעבורה, תשכ״א–1961, וכל תקנה אחרת הנוגעת לסדרי תנועה;
ובלבד שלא ינהג אדם מכונית מירוץ שאין עליה רשיון לפי הפקודה מרגע כניסתה לישראל אלא במסלול מירוץ ובמועדים שנקבעו לאימון ולתחרות על ידי המארגן ואושרו על ידי הרשות.
