7. פרטיות וצנעת הפרט
(א)כל אדם זכאי לפרטיות ולצנעת חייו.
(ב)אין נכנסים לרשות היחיד של אדם שלא בהסכמתו.
(ג)אין עורכים חיפוש ברשות היחיד של אדם, על גופו, בגופו או בכליו.
(ד)אין פוגעים בסוד שיחו של אדם, בכתביו או ברשומותיו.
