112. שיגור חומר הצבעה לועדה המרכזית
מיד לאחר תום ההצבעה ינעלו ויחתמו האחראים את הקלפי וישלחו אותה ביחד עם הפרוטוקול לועדה המרכזית בדואר אויר רשום או באופן אחר שעליו הורה יושב ראש הועדה המרכזית לאחר התייעצות עם שר הפנים.
