תיקון: תשנ״ו
לא יאוחר מהיום ה־53 שלפני יום הבחירות ימסור שר הפנים לועדה המרכזית, לאחר התייעצות עם שר התחבורה, רשימה של כל כלי השיט וכן כל ידיעה בקשר לכלי השיט שבקשה הועדה.
