”עציר“ – מי שביום הבחירות נתון במשמורת המשטרה;
”בית סוהר“ – בית סוהר או בית סוהר ארעי, כמשמעותם בפקודת בתי הסוהר [נוסח חדש], התשל״ב–1971;
”בית מעצר“ – מקום שבו נתונים עצירים במשמורת;
”סוהר“ – כמשמעותו בפקודת בתי הסוהר [נוסח חדש], התשל״ב–1971.
