”מאושפז“ – בוחר שביום הבחירות היה מאושפז בבית חולים, למעט מי שביום הבחירות התקבל לאשפוז במחלקת אשפוז יום;
”בית חולים“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 24 לפקודת בריאות העם, 1940, המכיל לפחות 50 מיטות לחולים.
