תיקון: תשנ״ו־4
(א)ועדות הקלפי למאושפזים יורכבו מנציגי הסיעות המיוצגות בועדה המרכזית; הרכבן הסיעתי, לרבות יושבי הראש, ייקבע בידי יושב ראש הועדה המרכזית לאחר התייעצות עם הועדה המרכזית.
(ב)על ועדות קלפי למאושפזים יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים, הוראות סעיפים 21א ו־24(ט1).
