117. זיוף פנקס או רשימה
(א)המזייף פנקס בוחרים או רשימת בוחרים והמשנה או משמיד אחד מאלה שלא כדין, דינו – מאסר שבע שנים או קנס 10,000 לירות; נעברה העבירה על ידי מי שממונה על הכנת הפנקס או הרשימה, החזקתם, שמירתם או הצגתם, דינו – מאסר ארבע עשרה שנה או קנס 10,000 לירות.
(ב)פסקה (7) לתוספת לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי, תשכ״ה–1965, לא תחול על עבירה לפי סעיף זה.
