127. תעמולת בחירות אגב טיפול בעניני תעודת זהות
תיקון: תשל״ז
עובד המדינה, פקיד של הועדה המרכזית, של ועדה אזורית או של ועדת קלפי, וכן הממונה על מחנה עולים או פקיד מפקידיו, הממלא טופס בקשה לתעודת זהות לזולתו, או המקבל לידו תלוש רישום של זולתו לשם העברת התלוש ללשכת מרשם האוכלוסין, ואגב כך מנהל תעמולת בחירות, דינו – מאסר שלושה חדשים או קנס 500 לירות.
