20א1. הסמכת מפקחים לביצוע חדירה לחומר מחשב והפקת פלט
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
הממונה רשאי להסמיך, מקרב המפקחים שהוסמכו לפי סעיף 20א, מפקחים שתהיה נתונה להם סמכות חדירה לחומר מחשב והפקת פלט תוך חדירה כאמור לשם ביצוע צו כאמור בסעיף 22(א1), ואולם לא יוסמכו מפקחים כאמור אלא לאחר שעברו הכשרה נוספת הנדרשת לצורך הפעלת הסמכויות כאמור, כפי שהורה הממונה בהסכמת השר לביטחון לאומי.
