20ב. זיהוי מפקח
תיקון: תשע״ד־4
מפקח לא יעשה שימוש בסמכויות הנתונות לו לפי חוק זה, אלא בעת מילוי תפקידו, לאחר שהזדהה, ובהתקיים שניים אלה:
(1)הוא עונד באופן גלוי תג המזהה אותו ואת תפקידו;
(2)יש בידו תעודת מפקח, שאותה יציג על פי דרישה.
