תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
ביצע עוסק הפרה בנסיבות מחמירות, רשאי הממונה לקבוע, לפי הוראות פרק זה, כי הוא מפר בנסיבות מחמירות (בפרק זה – עוסק מפר בנסיבות מחמירות), לשם החלת הגבלות על עוסק כאמור לפי סעיף 18א לחוק שירותי תשלום וסעיף 78ב לחוק ההוצאה לפועל.
