תיקון: תשמ״ב
נמכר נכס בידי בית משפט, לשכת הוצאה לפועל או רשות אחרת על פי דין, או בידי מי שמוכר מטעם המדינה נכס שחולט או נעזב לטובתה או נכס אחר שהמדינה לא רכשה אותו או לא השתמשה בו, לא יראו במכר עסקה לענין סעיפים 2, 4, 6 ו־7, ובלבד שההצעה למכירה גילתה את העובדה שמציעים למכירה נכסים מסוג זה והזהירה את הצרכן כי מהות התכונות העיקריות לגביהם אינה ידועה וכי הרשות אינה נושאת באחריות להן.
