21. תכונות מיכניות של אבזר רשת
כל אבזר ברשת יהיה עשוי מחומר בר־קיימא, בעל חוזק מיכני מספיק לעמידה בפני המאמצים הצפויים בו ועמיד מעיקרו בפני השפעה מזיקה של הסביבה שבה הוא מותקן או שיוגן בפני השפעה כאמור.
