22. חומר הסמך
(א)עשוי סמך מפלדה תהיה הפלדה בעלת חוזק מזערי לקריעה של 370 ניוטון לסמ״ר והסמך יוגן בפני שיתוך.
(ב)עשוי סמך מעץ, יהיה העץ –
(1)מוספג לכל אורכו, בחומר המבטיח עמידותו לאורך ימים;
(2)בעל חוזק מיכני מזערי לכפיפה של 40 ניוטון לסמ״ר.
(ג)עשוי סמך מבטון, יהיה הבטון בעל חוזק מזערי לכבישה של 45 ניוטון לסמ״ר.
(ד)סמך מחומר אחד יהיה בעל מבנה ותכונות שאישר המנהל.
