51. בדיקת הפעלה של כבל
(א)כבל ואבזריו ייבדקו אחרי התקנתם ולפני הפעלתו הראשונה של המיתקן החשמלי.
(ב)בדיקה כאמור תוודא כי ההתקנה תואמת את תכנית ההתקנה ועומדת בדרישות תקנות אלה, לרבות סימון הכבל ושילוטו הנאות; כן ייבדקו רמת הבידוד והרציפות החשמלית של המוליכים.
(ג)תוצאות בדיקה של כבל ותכנית התוואי של כבל תת קרקעי כאמור בתקנה 42, יימסרו לחשמלאי ולבעל המיתקן או מחזיקו לפני הענין, ויישמרו בידם.
