52. תחזוקת כבל
(א)כבל ואבזריו יתוחזקו ויישמרו במצב תקין.
(ב)התגלה ליקוי או פגם בכבל או באבזר יתוקן הליקוי או הפגם בהקדם האפשרי; התגלה ליקוי או פגם המהווה סכנה לנפש או לרכוש – ינותק הכבל ממתח מיד ולא יחובר מחדש עד שהפגם או הליקוי תוקן והכבל נבדק ונמצא כשיר להפעלה.
