18. מינוי היועץ המשפטי לכנסת
תיקון: תשס״א־2
(א)היועץ המשפטי לכנסת יתמנה על ידי יושב ראש הכנסת, באישור ועדת הכנסת, מבין המועמדים שעליהם המליצה הועדה הציבורית שמונתה לפי הוראות סעיף 20, בהתאם להליכים שנקבעו בחוק זה.
(ב)על מינויו של היועץ המשפטי לכנסת יחולו הוראות חוק שירות המדינה (מינויים), התשי״ט–1959, בכפוף להוראות חוק זה.
