בפרק זה –
”הועדה הציבורית“ – הועדה שמונתה לפי הוראות סעיף 52;
”חבר הכנסת“ – לרבות מי שחברותו בכנסת הושעתה לפי סעיף 42ב לחוק־יסוד: הכנסת;
”שכר“ – שכר יסוד חודשי, לרבות תוספת יוקר ופיצוי התייקרות;
”תשלומים אחרים“ – הענקות, טובות הנאה, שירותים ותשלומים אחרים, כמפורט בסעיף 55(א)(2), המשולמים או הניתנים לחבר הכנסת בתקופת כהונתו.
