7. הוראת מעבר
זכאי שהתקיימו בו תנאי הזכאות ביום פרסומן של תקנות אלה (להלן – יום התחילה) (התקנות פורסמו ביום 20.7.2011), יהיה בעל זכאות לתשלום מופחת מיום התחילה, בהתאם לאמור באמות המידה; זכאות זו תמומש לאחר שהמוסד יעביר את המידע לספק שירות חיוני כאמור בתקנה 4(א).
