17. התקנת מוליך הארקה חשוף במוביל אטום
(א)לא יותקן מוליך הארקה חשוף במוביל אטום אלא באחד מן התנאים הבאים:
(1)המוליך מותקן עם כבל משוריין או כבל בעל עטיפה מתכתית;
(2)המוליך מותקן עם כבל בעל עטיפה אל־מתכתית והמוביל הוא אחד מאלה:
(א)צינור עגול שקטרו הפנימי הוא לפחות 100 מילימטר;
(ב)מוביל אחר שצלעו לפחות 50 מילימטר.
(ב)לא יותקן מוליך הארקה חשוף במוביל אטום כאשר מוליך אחר בו חסר עטיפה מתכתית.
