18. התקנת מוליך חשוף במוביל
(א)לא יותקן מוליך חשוף בתעלה אטומה, אלא אם הוא מוליך חשוף יחיד במוביל העשוי חומר מבדד מותאם למתח שבו עובד המוליך, או אם הוא מוליך הארקה ובכפוף לתקנה 17.
(ב)לא יותקן מוליך חשוף, פרט למוליך הארקה, בתעלה פתוחה או בתעלה עם מכסים, אלא אם חוזק למבדדים תקניים, המותאמים למתח שבו עובד המוליך, שהותקנו בתוך התעלה.
(ג)מוליך הארקה יחוזק למבנה התעלה באופן יעיל ובר־קיימא.
