1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”ועדה“ – ועדת עררים שנתמנתה על פי סעיף 7 לחוק;
”ערר“ – ערר שהוגש על פי סעיף 8 לחוק;
”החלטת המנהל“ – החלטת המנהל שניתנה על פי סעיף 6 לחוק.
