12. צירוף צדדים
הועדה רשאית בכל שלב של מהלך הדיון לצרף, על פי בקשת העורר או המשיב או אדם מעוניין כעורר או כמשיב בערר שלפניה, כל אדם הנראה לה מעוניין בו.
