13. מסירה
מסירת ערר, תשובה, החלטת הועדה לפי תקנות אלה תהא כדין, אם נמסרה לידי האדם שאליו היא מכוונת, או נמסרה במקום מגוריו או במקום עסקו הרגילים או הידועים לאחרונה לידי אחד מבני משפחתו הבוגרים או לידי אדם בוגר העובד או המועסק שם, או נשלחה בדואר במכתב רשום הערוך אל אותו אדם לפי כתבתו במקום מגוריו או במקום עסקו הרגילים או הידועים לאחרונה, או הוצגה במקום בולט באחד המקומות האמורים.
