3. הרכב הועדה וכינוסה
תיקון: תשל״ג
(א)הועדה תדון בכל בקשה בהרכב של לא יותר משלושה רופאים שמינה השר מבין הרופאים הכלולים ברשימה לפי תקנה 2.
(ב)יושב ראש הועדה יכנס את ישיבות הועדה וישב בראשה, אלא שאם ייעדר מהרכב הועדה הדן בבקשה כלשהי, ימנה הוא את אחד מחברי הועדה להיות יושב ראש בדיון באותה בקשה.
